Grape varieties: Cinsault, Grenache Grape varieties: Carignan, Syrah Vinification: Manual harvest in optimal conditions and cooling grapes, maceration and fermentation in thermoregulated concrete vats, short to medium vatting. The purple color is brilliant, of beautiful intensity, with purple reflections. The powerful nose combines aromas of ripe red and black fruits and notes of small sun-drenched berries. On the palate, a frank, complex and suave attack balances the harmony with a long finish. “Le Rouge” a generous and warm wine.
