Grape varieties: Cinsault, Grenache Vinification: Manual harvest in optimal conditions and cooling of the grapes, Rosé from direct pressing and bleeding, separate fermentation of each grape variety in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats between 8° and 14°. The color, limpid and brilliant, is salmon pink with bluish reflections. The complex and powerful nose offers aromas of red fruits, floral and spicy notes. A beautiful liveliness on the palate balances the amplitude of the fruity substance and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness. Full of nuances, “Le Rosé Cacher” honors its terroir.
