About Le Blanc
Grape variety: Sauvignon. Manual harvest at dawn, white from direct pressing, fermentation of the grape variety in thermoregulated stainless steel vats between 8° and 14°. Clear and brilliant, the color is yellow with green reflections. The nose is fresh, elegant and floral, with citrus notes. This Sauvignon blanc has a lively, refreshing, complex palate, marked by grapefruit and minerality. In this wine "Le Blanc", our terroir allowed us to express the purity of a very pretty Sauvignon.
